In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  This includes a locked storage safe and password encrypted office computer.

Controlling Your Personal Information

Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website we ask our clients to tick the ‘check box’ to ensure our Privacy Policy has been read and agreed with before contact can be made to AMP using the website contact form.

If you believe that any information we are holding related to you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Aston Media Productions UK GDPR Compliance Information

Aston Media Productions Ltd (AMP) will keep all hard copied personal information (i.e booking forms and PO agreements) which clients provide in a locked filing safe at our office address of House 24 Aston End Road, Aston Village, Stevenage, Herts SG2 7EU.

Any digital information, ie. video recordings, powerpoint slides, purchase agreements, booking forms and any client-provided information are stored on a standalone external hard drive and only kept for a maximum of 6 months, but only at the clients ‘written request’ to do so.  If there is no request from the client, all above information is deleted and/or removed after the event/project.  All hard paper copies will be shredded.

AMP does not store any Live Video Recording/Live Stream work on any Networks or Cloud Storages, unless with ‘written’ agreement from the client data controller.

We ensure that no client information is shared with any third parties and is solely used for contact purposes between AMP and the client.

AMP ensures that all sensitive personal data is removed and/or destroyed once the final project/film/audio/video is complete and approved by the client.

AMP have no marketing emails which are sent to any new, current or past clients which would include any client data.

AMP holds one website domain which is www.Astonmediaproductions.co.uk and this website holds SSL certificates for safe online use. The AMP website are hosted by third party secure servers and we can pass on relative information upon request from our clients if required.

When AMP clients sign our booking forms they are now made aware of prior agreement to our UK GDPR compliance along with our business terms with an emailed .PDF Terms document; so they can make their own informed decision whether to proceed with booking.

When AMP is hired by a client for either Live Streaming and/or Video Recording work, the client will be deemed the Data Controller and AMP will be deemed the Data Processor.  AMP will remain fully transparent to any data stored with the client, how it is stored and where it is stored.  AMP will also offer advice to the client prior such projects (Video production and Live Streaming) to ensure permissions for capturing or viewing of data subjects is granted by participants.

For sensitive projects including conferences and meetings, AMP will review and sign Confidential Disclosure Agreement [(CDA), also referred to as non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or secrecy agreement set out by the client, if required.

For International transfers and legal gateway:   This is not applicable to Aston Media Productions Ltd, as they do not store on or transfer any data to international servers, but only store or transfer onto external hard drives in a locked storage cabinet at their UK offices (24 Aston End Road, Aston, Stevenage, SG2 7EU), and at request of the client only.

Aston Media Productions Services Terms

All services set out and explained within the Terms and this Website by AMP will be deemed correct.  However, the client has all rights to ensure that all services expected are detailed prior booking, but after this cannot deem its own expectations as correct.  AMP has the right to refuse and end any prior and/or on going projects if they feel necessary.
