Hotel Chocolat Leadership Conference
Hosted at Knebworth Barns, where AMP is a recommended supplier, the Hotel Chocolat Leadership Conference Event was a very chocolatey one! The Aston Media AV team supported non-stop and provided full AV production including sound, lighting, a stage set and a live-stream broadcast; so executives from the new owners of Hotel Chocolat, global company Mars in Chicago, USA, could present and join in with the conference.
Autolus Therapeutics
The AMP team has been proud to AV support Autolus Therapeutics these past year with a series of events. Autolus, which opened its brand new £66m facility The Nucleus in Stevenage, Hertfordshire requested support from us for its investor meetings and also its first FDA approval meeting at their UK head office at The Media Works, White City, London. Our AV production included stage, stage set, sound system and lighting to ensure both CEO and CTO could present to leading investment companies the vision for CAR-T Cell manufacturing. For the FDA approval meeting our team installed and operated a full live-stream set up for the board to present their vision for FDA approval in Washington DC.
NHS Trust – Senior Leadership Conferences and Award Shows
In 2025, apart from AV supporting this NHS Trust’s ‘This is Us’ week and Awards Nights, AMP also AV supported their Senior Leadership Conferences throughout the year. These conferences are held in Essex and AMP did not only provide the 3.8m projector screen, large audience PA system/radio mics and lighting, but also a wonderful backdrop set that was lit with the colours of the Trust. In 2026 we are proud to continue supporting these events.
The King’s Foundation at Hatfield House
The King’s Foundation works globally to create sustainable communities through their placemaking projects and transform lives through their practical education programmes. In 2025, they were welcomed by the wonderful team at Hatfield House for a conference in the Old Palace. AMP provided sound, lighting and screens, as well as a wonderful branded backdrop to suit the regal occasion!
Roche’s new CEO event at Knebworth House
This event was organised at Knebworth House and featured the new CEO of Roche Pharmaceuticals. Aston Media Productions organised a full outdoor AV production including video production capturing the speeches of the new CEO, as well as lighting, sound and stage furniture. With an audience of over 200 people, the event was a huge success.
