Pricing up your AV production
Giving an exact cost for your upcoming conference or event all starts with discovery!
Aston Media are a professional and reliable AV team to support your event. We would love to AV partner with you for your event, to ensure everything goes to plan.
To get pricing started we recommend a conversation either in person, at your venue, or on a Zoom call to discuss all your AV requirements. Understanding your expectations, venue, seating plan, event schedule and any particular technical requirements i.e. a hybrid event, stage/set or conference filming; need to be understood before we can provide an exact cost estimate.
That said, please see an approximate price guide below for conferences and events to give you an idea for your budget:
Small Meeting or Seminar for 50-80 people (£500 – £1,500 per day): Single or Dual screens, Small PA, and one wired or wireless mic, with on-site technician.
Medium-size Corporate Event for 80- 250 people (£1,800 – £3,500 per day): Main projection/display screen, 1–2 repeater/comfort screens, a reliable conference PA system with multiple wireless microphones, with on-site technicians.
Large Production Event for 150 – 500+ people (£4,000 – £9,000+ per day): Large main LED wall or large laser projection, multiple repeater displays, digital audio mixing, Large PA, multi-way radio mic racks, lighting, staging, live-streaming and a full technical crew.
